Hawk Valley

     LP&CT partnered with the Trustees of Reservations to permanently protect the historic Hawk Valley Farm (nearly 5 acres in size), off of Varnum Avenue in Lowell, through a conservation restriction. Read the  full press release (PDF)  and see  an aerial view of the land (PDF).

     Interested to learn more about the history of this property and its connection to the Varnum family since the 1660s?  Historian and scholar-in-residence, Gray Fitzsimons, recently completed a study on the 350-year history of the property and surrounding area.
